Unfortunately counselling services are not covered under Medicare.

The number of sessions recommended varies based on individual needs and goals. You might need two sessions, you might need more! I will work with you to create a personalised plan.

Yes, I am accredited with CPCA and hold a Diploma of Counselling with expertise and experience in providing counselling services.

Yes I offer online counselling options to accommodate clients who prefer remote sessions or face logistical constraints.

As counselling is outside the Medicare system, no referral from a GP is required.

Consultation fees are payable at session end via debit/credit card (Mastercard and Visa), cash or direct deposit/Pay ID.  **Please note that card transactions incur a processing fee

Yes you can reschedule or cancel your appointment with a minimum 24hrs notice if you are unable to attend to avoid a cancellation fee.  I kindly request this in advance notice so that the appointment slot can be used by another individual/couple/family in need of support.

At the first session, we will go through the Counselling Services Agreement together.  This document outlines the terms of our work together and ensures that we are aligned in our goals and commitments. We will also discuss the information you provided in the New Client Intake Form to better understand your needs and goals, and explore how we can work together to help you achieve positive outcomes and provide the support you need.

I take your confidentiality very seriously and operate within the CPCA Code of Ethics
I would only consider sharing your information if there is a concern for your safety or the well-being of others, or if it is legally required by court order.
In such cases, I will always have a conversation with you beforehand to discuss any potential disclosure of your confidential information.
